High-performance dedicated servers, where can I order them?

Hey Guys,
Which hosts are considered "premium" or "the best of the best." for dedicated servers.
My requirements are: VERY solid network, very solid support, solid hardware.
My budget is $100 per server per month.
I'm willing to pay more - I'm just trying to create a short list of three or so providers.
What are your views on NetShop-isp.com.cy dedicated server hosting package?
Any reviews about them? What host is better? Why?

    It happened so that I signed up for NetShop Isp web host in May 2024 and it's been an excellent experience. I enjoy the up close and personal approach of the administrators and the support is always fast and accurate. My uptime has been fabulous and I love how much space I have for a relatively low price.
    They deliver a genuine focus on problem-solving.
