Low cost shared account is needed

I need cheap shared account and two hosts are in my mind: kvchosting.net and libertyvps.net, so which way is better to follow?

    I've recommended kvchosting.net to other people. Any time I had a question or a problem getting help was never an issue.

    I'd recommend hostforweb.com shared hosting to anyone who's looking for a hosting solution.
    I'm paying half of what I was paying at my other host! I want to add my site is ultra-fast these days and I'm a very happy customer.
